The health of a person it depends on his/her nutrition. It is the
well-known fact that has lead man/woman to be more conscious of
the food he/her consumes. A large number of a diseases are been
known to be a diet associated. An optimistic diet may itself be
the reason of disease or change the route of a known disorder such
as diabetes, kidney disease etc.
The food is consumed by any person or a society is strong-minded
by a number of factors viz. socio-economic standing, religion, and
food availability and family traditions. There are some medical
factors like food allergy; intolerance; diabetes and heart disease
sometimes force a change in diet.
The diet patterns may be confidential mostly as vegetarian or
non vegetarian. Vegetarians can be additional classified, depending
on the food obsessive, into fruitarians, vegans, lacto-vegetarians
and lacto-ovo-vegetarians. The term of vegetarian is mostly used
to refer to the lacto vegetarian. The basic main between the vegetarian

the nutritive value of these foods. In all-purpose, the foods measured

and are poor source of carbohydrates, whereas the vegetarian foods
are rich in fiber, carbohydrate, vitamins, and minerals and can
be sufficient in fat and protein as well. These differences in the
