But we also know so little about food- about which the foods we eat everyday affect our body and health. We are confused at ever about the link between diet and health body: that margarine is the healthier than butter or not; a little alcohol will go on heart attacks at cove but it cause breast cancer; dietetic vitamin antioxidants can avoid lung cancer or can not. Eating is an inconsistency and a mystery that our intimates tried and the current scientists are trying to solve this problems.
